• How to charge correctly and efficiently?
  1. Remove the watch's protective.
  2. Ensure proper support for the retractable wireless charger. [Don't leave the charger hanging unsupported.]
  3. Please cooperate with car chargers that support versions of QC3.0 or PD18W or higher.
  4. Please use it with iPhone 12 or above.
  5. Regarding Charging: QC3.0 or PD18W or above. [Avoid Using the USB-A port in the Car.]
• Why can't it charge normally?
  1. If thereis an iron sheet, finger ring buckle, or credit card on the back of the phone or phone case, it will trigger foreign object detection and interrupt charging.
  2. Please maintain a suitable temperature inside the car. Excessive temperature inside the car may cause serious overheating or slow charging of the wireless charging system.
• Why is the charger so hot?
  1. Please ensure that the magnetic ring is not misaligned, as misalignment may cause severe heating.
  2. In the charging process, slight heating is a normal case. If you encounter severe heating, please contact our customer service email.
• Why can't I hold my phone?

  Please use it with phones such as MagSafe phone case or iPhone 12 or above.

• How to adjust the telescopic cable of the watch charger?

  Length Adjustable: Up to 2 feet, adjustable in 0.3-foot increments. You can adjust to 2.0FT/ 1.8FT/ 1.5FT/ 1.2FT/ 0.9FT/ 0.6FT/ 0.3FT as needed. Pull back and release to retract.
