Shipping Fee and Time:

Order Handling Time: 12-48 Hours

Free Shipping Delivery Time: 7-15 Business Days(Free shipping for products above $20.99.)

Standard Shipping Delivery Time: 7-15 Business Days(Order under $20.99, need to pay extra $5 delivery fee.)

Expedited Shipping Delivery Time: 2-7 Business Days(Need to pay extra $8 delivery fee.)

We offer free shipping on orders over $20.99

The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs department.

Shipping carrier delay, weather delay, or international customs inspections delay are beyond our control. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact Lisen for further assistance.

*Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

 

How to track your packages

You will receive the tracking number within 72 hours once the order is successfully placed, you can track the status of the package via the logistics website. However, since it takes longer for cross-country packages to be delivered, chances are that you may not get the information in time. Please do not worry about that and check a few days later. We ship packages with Post Office EUB service.

 

Return and refund policy

We will resend or refund for situations below:

  1. Package has been delivered successfully but the package is returned to sender due to the customer fails to pick it up on time.---Resend instead of a refund.
  2. Customer prefers a refund due to unsatisfactory rather than quality problems.---Return accepted but the buyer will need to cover the return shipping fee
  3. Customer received a damaged package.---Resend or refund.
  4. Products are damaged due to improper operation.---No return or refund will be processed.
  5. Products have been used for a while, return for the non-quality problem. ---No return or refund will be processed
  6. Packages are returned due to undeliverable shipping address.---No return or refund will be processed (You will need to cover the resend shipping fee if a reshipment is preferred, or a half refund will be processed.)
  7. We ship the wrong product to you.--- Resend the correct product without return the wrong one.

 

SHIPPING HUBS

The package will be shipped from China if you choose the standard shipping method. The package will be shipped from the destination country if you choose the expedited shipping method.

Currently, we can only ship with the expedited method to countries as below: the USA, EU Countries, and Japan.

 

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
