• How to Ensure Stable Video Recording with a Neck Phone Holder?

  The product package includes an anti-shake strap. If you are recording sports footage, you can wear it and adjust the size according to your body shape for better stability

• What If the Action Camera Model Is Not Compatible?

  Our product supports two mounting methods for action cameras:
  
  ① For older action cameras with a standard threaded hole at the bottom:
  
  Simply install it on the phone holder position.
  
  Compatible models: GoPro Hero series (some models), Insta360 ONE R, DJI Action 3...
  
  ② For action cameras with a slide-in slot or quick-release mount at the bottom:
  
  Attach the GoPro adapter to the neck phone holder, then slide the camera into place and secure it using the side pin/knob.
