• Q：How to use Apple watch wireless charger correctly？

  If you have a metal band, or a soft material, you can place it in the center of the concentric circles;
  If you have a plastic band, or any other hard band, you need to take off the band before charging, otherwise it will lead to bulging and can not be aligned.
  Note: Concentric circles are due to the ultra-thin and aesthetic design, not a defect

• Q：What do I need to be aware of when charging multiple devices at the same time?

  A：1.You can use the USB C port and the built-in USB C cable and the wireless charger to supply power at the same time, which means you can power up to 3 devices at the same time;
  2. Note: When the wireless charger and wired charger are used at the same time, if you can't supply power at the same time, please press the button located at the bottom to trigger it.
  3.The USB C port and the built-in USB C cable can provide up to 20W power output when used simultaneously.

• Q：What devices is this product compatible with?

• Q：Does this product charge fast?

• Q：Does it overheat in use in weather like California?

  A：Charging generates heat, but it won't exceed 122F (a safe range),sothere's no need to worry about safety.

  Note: Avoid hot and humid environments and direct sunlight.

• Q：What happens when you charge your phone using both MagSafe and Bulit-in cable charger at the same time?

  At this point the phone will prioritize wired charging and magsafe will not work.

  Charging will be more efficient and there will be fewer heating problems
